Alumina Xenon Products are protected by a one year limited warranty against manufacturer defects starting from original date of purchase.
Alumina Limited Warranty is void if the cause of failure is due to damage, misuse, abuse, improper installtion, modification, unauthorized repairs, theft, use other than the intended applications, accidents, natural disasters, or by any other type of impact. Any physical damage included exploded HID bulbs are not covered by warranty. All products are subject to testing. If the product is found to be defective and is covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges for accrued removal, installation, reinstallation, shipping charges will not be covered.
We will refund any kits within 30 days provided that they are in perfect working condition, that have NOT yet been installed, and that are sent back with ALL included components, documentation, and in original packaging. All refunds may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and funds will be issued only after our staff examines the product. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping the item back. Any return without a RMA will not be accepted.
