XENON SYSTEM WILL NOT START 1. Negative Trigger Some vehicles may have reversed wiring within factory headlamp plug module. Check each slot with a tester prior to installing to avoid damage to wiring. Known vehicle types: Dodge Ram/Magnum, Chrsyler 300/300C, Ford F-Series, Honda Civic 01-05 Models 2. Incorrect HID Bulb Check label located on wiring to verify that the bulb type is applicable to your vehicle. 3. Defective HID Bulb or Ballast Inspect arc (round center of bulb) for blackened areas, try swapping a functional ballast/bulb to test. 4. Check Wiring / No Power Ensure that the power (red wire) and ground (black wire) is plugged into correct factory headlamp sockets 5. Defective/Damaged Factory Sockets Inspect factory socket contacts to insure pins are in place. 6. Fuse Blown For fixtures with fusing option, remove fuse and test. Replace is neccessary. 7. Install/Remove D1 Decoder Some vehicles may or may not require the Alumina D1 Decoder for proper operation. Try removing/reinstalling the Decoder. |
